About the Role
We are seeking Learning Facilitators to join our global revenue management education team. In this role, you will support hotels worldwide in the training and adoption of new revenue management systems, including IDeaS G3, Optix, and RevPlan.
Requirements
·        User experience with IDeaS G3, Optix, and RevPlan.
·        Experience in IDeaS learning and facilitation.
·        Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
·        Ability to create and deliver training material.
·        Coordination of implementation checklists and registration.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
·        Understanding of revenue management systems and implementation processes.
·        Adaptability in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
·        Ability to work in various time zones, emphasizing Asia time zone.
·        Comfortable with up to 20% travel, as needed.
·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordinator-level position in hotel revenue management or revenue management systems discipline.
·        Minimum 2 years involved in a dynamic team environment.
·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office suite and related data management systems.
